That is part of why I am creating four full days for this work. Because understanding something intellectually does not always change the place it lives inside you. And not everything you are carrying started with you.

From December 3–6, we are going underneath some of the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses and ways of being that may have been carried through your family line and are still shaping how you experience your life today.

What if the pattern makes sense?

This is one of the questions I want us to bring into these four days. Instead of only asking: Why do I keep doing this? We begin asking: Where did this make sense?

Maybe being invisible kept someone safe. Maybe never depending on anyone protected someone from being disappointed. Maybe overworking was how your family survived. Maybe money disappearing as quickly as it arrived once made sense inside the circumstances your family was living through.

Maybe nobody talked about grief. Maybe anger was the only emotion that had permission to exist. Maybe love meant sacrifice. Maybe belonging required becoming less of yourself.

You can consciously disagree with a pattern and still find your body repeating it. Because understanding something intellectually does not always change the place it lives inside you. That is where we are going in December.

We'll begin with the Five Trauma Imprints Breathwork. This gives us space to work with patterns held beyond the intellectual mind and begin preparing the body and nervous system for the deeper ancestral and generational work that follows.

Ancestral + Generational Pattern Release

Over the next three days, we'll move more deeply into what has been carried through the family line and what may still be influencing how you experience your life now.

This is not four days of sitting and talking about your family. We're creating enough time to actually work with what comes forward rather than opening something and immediately having to move on with the rest of the day.

This Is Not About Blaming the People Who Came Before You

Your parents inherited things too. So did their parents. And the people before them. Looking at what moved through your family does not require making anyone wrong.

Sometimes the most powerful realization is that the pattern wasn't created because somebody failed you. It was passed forward because, at some point, it helped somebody survive.

You can honor that without continuing it. That is a very different relationship with healing.

What Am I Choosing to Carry Forward?

This is where I want the work to eventually take us. Not: How many more things can I find to heal?

But: What belongs to me now? What do I want to keep? What am I complete with? What has served its purpose? What changes when I stop organizing my life around something that began long before I consciously chose it?

Because the point of healing is not to spend your entire life healing. The point is to become increasingly free to live it.

You Don't Need to Know What the Pattern Is Yet

You do not need to arrive with your family history mapped out. You do not need to know which generation something came from. You do not need to decide ahead of time what you're supposed to release. And you don't need to manufacture a trauma because you think you should have something dramatic to work on.

Come with what is present. We'll begin there.

Is this really included?

Yes. If you're seeing this page through your included-access registration link, your access to the Ancestral + Generational Pattern Release is already part of what you have with me. There is nothing additional to purchase.

Why do I still need to register?

Because I want to know who is actually choosing to participate. Registration tells us you're planning to join and moves you into the attendee communication for preparation, access, reminders and replays.

Do I need to attend all four days live?

I would create as much space as you reasonably can to be with us live because this is designed as a four-day experience. That said, replays are included, so missing part of the live experience does not mean you shouldn't register.

Do I need experience with breathwork or ancestral work?

No. You don't need to have done this kind of work before.

Do I need to know what I want to work on?

No. You can arrive without knowing exactly what the pattern is. Part of the experience is creating enough space to notice what actually presents itself.

What happens after I register?
